What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All shipping rates are calculated at the final stage of the checkout process. Please add all your items to your cart and proceed to checkout to enter your shipping address and see your final shipping charge.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept Visa, Masterpass, American Express, Instant EFT, Direct Debit, Snapscan and Mobicred.

How long will delivery take?

All orders will be delivered within 2 – 5 working days, depending on where you live.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

You can shop at Mystic Girl with confidence. We have partnered with PayFast, Paystack and Yoco to accept credit cards and electronic payments safely and securely for our customers.

We use your information to deliver your order, process your payment and to communicate with you regarding the status of your order. We do not sell or trade any personal information we collect.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

An invoice will be emailed to the email address used to make the purchase, when the sale is completed.

Can I return my purchase?

If goods are damaged in transit, please drop us an email immediately at info@mysticgirl.co.za to let us know. Please include a picture of the damaged item – we will replace it.
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be in a saleable condition and in the original, undamaged packaging.

Goods must be returned via courier at your expense.
